While Opera Mini is meant for less powerful phones , Opera Mobile is aimed at powerful smartphones like the Symbian and Android phones.
Opera Mini 6  is available for the following platforms

• Symbian including S60 V2 phones
• BlackBerry

Opera Mobile 11 is available for

• Android

• MeeGo including WeTab
• Nokia N900

For Java phones which do not support Opera Mini 6 there is a new version – 4.5
